Research on Supporting Method for High Stressed Soft Rock Roadway in Gentle Dipping Strata of Red Shale

چکیده

Red shale is widely distributed among the deep mine areas of Kaiyang Phosphate Mine, which biggest underground phosphate China. Because effect various factors, such as high stress, ground water and so on, trackless transport roadways in were difficult to effectively support for a long time by using traditional supporting design methods. To deal with this problem, some innovative works carried out paper. First, mineral composition microstructure, anisotropic, hydraulic mechanical properties other parameters red tested laboratory reveal its deformation failure characteristics from aspect lithology. Then, numerical simulation about process layered strata was implemented investigate change regulation stress strain surrounding rock, according real rock in-situ data. Therefore, based on composite law existing problems roadways, effective methods techniques adopted, especially kind new wave-type bolt that used relieve expansion plastic energy prevent concentration excess deformation. The field experiment shows superiorities have been verified successfully applied safeguard roadway stability.
